Ziel des Projektes war es, Erfahrungen und Einsch\u00e4tzungen der p\u00e4dagogischen Fachkr\u00e4fte in Kitas, die von Kindern mit Fluchterfahrungen besucht werden, zu b\u00fcndeln. Neben den vorhandenen sowie gew\u00fcnschten Unterst\u00fctzungsangeboten interessierte uns dabei auch die Einstellungen und Selbstwirksamkeit der p\u00e4dagogischen Fachkr\u00e4fte in ihrer Arbeit mit neuzugewanderten Kindern sowie das Verhalten der Kinder in den Kitas.
